| I have never been in an accident before, but the in last month I have had both cars hit. Both time were not my fault! This time my DD was just parked in front of my house, when all of a sudden I hear this big *crash*. My father and I look out the front window to see his car rolling backwards away from mine. At first I did not realize what happened. Then I see this ASSHOLE backing up away from my car. Then I see that the passnger side of his S-10 is torn to shreads. Then it hits me that he rearended my car and hit it so hard that my car moved forward, about 5 feet and hit the nose of my fathers car. The Dickhead then tries to take off. We started running after him, but he wasn't able to get that far because his front end was pushed up into his wheel well. Anyways he tells the cop that he must have taken his eyes off the road for a second and hit me. I could smell the alcohol on his breath and he was all red in the face. The messed up thing was that the cop didn't do a damn thing about this. He just said that he didn't actually drive away and that he couldn't REALLY smell anything on his breath.
I found out later that my G-friend had him as a teacher and he is know for being a heavy drinker around town. So they give him alot of slack because he is a well know teacher. What the fuck is that?!?!? Well, it looks like the car will be totalled because of the year and mileage, but I got my moneys worth out of it. I had it 7 yrs with not one problem. All I did was change the oil. I plan on going today to talk the someone at the police dept about this drunken fool. Well it looks like I start looking for a new car:]
